Traditional Oven Directions (Bakes Up Golden Brown):
2 cups boiling water (use boiling water for best potato texture and sauce appearance),
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon / Ghee or Butter softened.
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Stir potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, milk and Butter in ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until top is golden brown (if you’d like the top more golden brown, bake 5 minutes longer [potatoes will be softer]) and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven (sauce will thicken as it stands).
