Cut or tear foil package at top seal. Carefully remove inner preparation pouch. Detach oval closure ring from baseboard. place pouch on a flat surface. Add 2 cups boiling water, while holding top of pouch. Stir to wet all ingredients while continuing to hold top of pouch. Twist top of pouch and slip through oval closure ring. Slide ring down to remove excess air. Slide pouch back into foil package to retain heat. Wait 5 to 10 minutes. Fold back top edge of pouch. Stir and eat out of pouch.
